Charry Karamanoukian

Charry Karamanoukian is a senior lecturer in the Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies Department at Columbia. She studied at Concordia University and at McGill University, in Montreal, Quebec, where she earned degrees in French language, literature, and translation. She is the author of Beginning Armenian: A Communicative Textbook. Her work and interests focus on language pedagogy and the development of teaching materials.
